Christmas Pudding – oil on board – 42 cm x 38 cm

This was a very difficult composition to get right as there were so many contrasting elements. I wanted a nice dark painting to make those flames really stand out and the fire in the background also adds a beautiful warm glow to the scene. I hope you like the end result!
