This solo exhibition is being held at The Bracken Gallery from 6-26 September 2008.

The gallery is located at No 6 The Square, Fore Street, Chudleigh, Devon. Exhibition hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm, Saturday 10am - 2pm ( closed Wednesday and Sunday)

The exhibition will include several original pieces and a range of paper and canvas prints to suit all budgets. Brett will also be available to meet during the exhibition on Friday the 12, 19 and 26 between the hours of 12 - 4pm. Here is the finished painting. The final stages of a painting like this are always the most exciting, as it involves adding all the last bits of detail that finish it off. In this instance it was all the people, cars, lights, flowers and boat detail. I am going to call this painting Homeward Bound, as the two boats are sailing back from the sea.

There is a wonderful Charity Art Auction & Exhibition to be held at the Emmanuel Baptist Church Hall in Falmouth for one night only! All proceeds from this auction will be going to the Heart of Hope charity to help make a difference to the lives of children in Kenya.

It really was a celebration of art, there was an incredible range of styles and mediums on display. The private viewing on the friday night was extremely busy and created a real buzz, it looks likes a lot of money has been raised for the schools Art bursary fund.
