New Painting of Looe

June 10th, 2008

looe-painting_07.jpg

Here is the finished painting. The final stages of a painting like this are always the most exciting, as it involves adding all the last bits of detail that finish it off. In this instance it was all the people, cars, lights, flowers and boat detail. I am going to call this painting Homeward Bound, as the two boats are sailing back from the sea.

‘A Celebration of Art’ Exhibition

April 15th, 2008

It really was a celebration of art, there was an incredible range of styles and mediums on display. The private viewing on the friday night was extremely busy and created a real buzz, it looks likes a lot of money has been raised for the schools Art bursary fund.

Here are a couple of photos from the exhibition.
