My solo exhibition is being held at The Bracken Gallery from the 4th – 24th September 2010.
The exhibition will include a collection of new original Oil Paintings and a range of Paper and Canvas Limited Edition Prints.
The Exhibition hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm, Saturday 10am – 2pm ( closed Wednesday and Sunday )
There will also be a Private View ( by invitation only ) and that will be held on Friday 3rd of September starting at 6.30pm.
I will also be available to meet during the exhibition on Monday the 6th, 13th and 20th between the hours of 9am – 12pm.

Widecombe in the Moor is a very old historic village that is nestled right in the heart of the Moor. The Church House (next to the church) is thought to have been built around the same time as the Church Tower, c. 1540.

The exhibition will also feature work from Will Ayres, Alan Cotton, Emrys Williams (RCA) and Ken Howard (RA), as well as over 60 other renowned artists. The exhibition will now be opened by local artist Katharine Lightfoot.

I really enjoyed painting this picture although it was challenging due to the very subtle tonal ranges and colours. It was one of those hazy early mornings that you get in late spring before the sun has got to work and burnt off the moisture
